Standard Delivery of Gifts
Spoilt Gift & Homewares will deliver your parcel using Australia Post within 3 – 7 working days depending on destination.
Please enter the most convenient address that your gift can be delivered to during working hours. We recommend selecting a work place address as we can only deliver Monday to Friday. If a work place is selected please indicate that the item can be left with reception.
Upon delivery, a signature is required and the parcel scanned. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest Australia Post outlet.
All Extra Large items will be delivered via our courier service and not Australia Post. A Spoilt staff member will contact you if this is our preferred delivery option for your order.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us a resending fee will be charged prior to it being re dispatched.
Urgent Gift Delivery
If you need a gift urgently you can pick up the item directly form one of our Melbourne CBD stores.
Or speak to a customer service representative and we will endeavour to express post the item for you at an additional charge. Please contact us directly on 03 9663 4444 to check whether this service is available for the delivery in the nominated area.
We believe we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, however despite their best efforts, parcels may be delayed during the delivery process.
We will work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your parcel. If you have not received your parcel within in 10 working days, please contact us on 03 9663 4444 and we will endeavour to locate your parcel for you.
Note: We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside Australia.
Online Refund and Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not pleased with the items purchased online or if they are not what you expected, you have the option of returning the items to us for a full refund of the product price subject to the following conditions:
- If you simply have changed your mind, the refund will be for the product price only and not the postage cost.
- The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense.
- The items must be returned in original conditions and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Spoilt Gift & Homewares carefully checks and packages all products, prior to delivery. However if a purchased item arrives faulty or damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund item at our expense.

Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.
